Deactivation of Apollo (1V) system
1. Scoot will be deactivated from Apollo system on 22Mar
2. Scoot (TR) marketed flights will not be available in Schedules and Availability in Apollo system
3. 1V Agents will not be able to sell or create TR bookings from 22Mar onwards
4. After the deactivation, unflown TR bookings will appear active in agent’s PNR but any changes done by the agent will not be sent to TR
5. New ETKT transactions (current 1V agents issue on 169 and 618) will be restricted.
6. 1V agents with active TR bookings will need to contact TR (Sales Ops Team) sales@flyscoot.com directly for all assistance to any PNR and ETKT changes.
Recommendation for 1V agents prior to deactivation of Apollo (1V) system on 22Mar
- Agents may issue tickets for TR bookings prior to 22Mar
- Agents may cancel unticketed TR bookings prior to deactivation and create TR bookings using other GDS or via Sky Agent
Scoot will continue to be available on other GDS platforms, including Amadeus (1A), Abacus (1B), Travelsky (1E), Infini (1F), Galileo (1G), Sabre (1S) and Worldspan (1P).
