1. For Scoot-exclusive itineraries, agents may continue to sell FIT tickets via Skyagent and Group tickets via Scoot Groups Online Booking System.

2. All platforms remain status quo, except on GDS where TR 668 will be replaced by SQ 618 documents effective 01 February 2023 - auto pricing for Scoot-exclusive itineraries must be on SQ 618 documents.

3. TR reserves the right to not honour the fare if agents do not comply with ticketing rules/fare rules/system messages.

4. Any reissuance or changes on tickets issued prior to 31Jan, agents will be required to cancel and issue on SQ 618 documents.
