GDS Involuntary Schedule Change

(Applicable to pure TR on 668 and 618 tickets)

Flight changes initiated by the airline are considered involuntary flight change.
Please check with the passenger if an involuntary flight change has been initiated in the booking.

If passenger feel that given alternative flight is:
Acceptable : Agent can re-issue ticket with no fees/fare differences.
Not acceptable : Agent to contact Sales team for alternative rebooking enquiries.

Please contact sales@flyscoot.com for rebooking enquiries. Ticket re-issuance is required.

Note:
(a) If the flight was cancelled and no alternative was provided, agent must reach out to airline to request for refund.
(b) On rare occasions that a flight has been re-accommodated to a different origin and destination due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket reissuance is required, or agent can request for refund if passenger would like to cancel the booking.
(c) Refunds are on a case-to-case basis and is not guaranteed.
