Passive Segments in GDS

Scoot does NOT allow passive segment bookings in GDS. Agents should not create any passive segments in GDS as it will not be reflected in the Scoot system.
If a passive booking had been created, agent must immediately cancel the booking before flight has departed.
If agent has problems cancelling passive segments, they should contact their GDS helpdesk for assistance.
Note: Scoot reserves the right to collect any loss or damage suffered by the agents through failure to comply with this requirement.
