GDS Ticket Void

Void action is permitted up to 23:59 of the same day as ticket issuance.

(Applicable to pure TR on 668 and 618 tickets)

• Once a ticket has been voided, the agent must cancel the segment/ PNR. Failure to do so will incur a penalty.

• If agent voids the issued ticket after the day of issuance, the ticket is forfeited with no reinstatement/refund.
