By using this site or any other third-party platforms, websites or applications that Scoot has been integrated with (collectively, "Websites"), you indicate your agreement to be bound by these Conditions of Use. If you do not agree to any part of these Conditions of Use, do not use our Websites.

1. Restrictions on use of materials

1.1 You may not reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way any material from our Websites in any way without our prior written permission. You may, however, download one copy of the material on a single computer for your own personal domestic and/or non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact all accompanying copyright and other proprietary notices. We disclaim all responsibility and liability for the use of linked websites, which you access and use at your own risk. 9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The law applicable to these Conditions of Use is the law of the Republic of Singapore, and the courts of the Republic of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute.

10. Conditions of Carriage

These Conditions of Use refer only to your use of our Websites. Other and separate conditions apply to carriage of passengers, baggage and cargo by air or any promotion which we may run from time to time when you travel on a flight operated by us, the Conditions of Carriage will apply to the carriage of passengers, baggage and cargo by air.

12. Flight alerts

If you have elected to receive flight alerts via email or your mobile phone or such other mobile devices, from us, these Conditions of Use similarly apply. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we shall not be liable for non-delivery of any and all alert messages and cannot guarantee the timeliness, reliability or accurateness of any and all alert messages which you receive. We will, on a best efforts basis, attempt to ensure you do receive timely and accurate information. In case of any doubt, please check with our office, our partners, or our partner travel agent (where applicable) nearer the relevant date and time of the flight arrival/departure. Further, we are not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, which you may suffer as a result of subscribing for these flight alerts, relying on the information contained in such flight alerts or receiving or not receiving these flight alerts. Please note that we may at any time withdraw this flight alerts facility without notice.

13. Internet check-in and other flight related internet transactions

We permit passengers who are travelling together in the same Passenger Name Record (“PNR”) to utilise our Internet Check-In facility to provide a seamless check-in procedure for the benefit of our passengers who are travelling together, often as a family or as friends. As such, the confidential information reflected in your PNR (which you have provide to us and the other passengers in the same PNR) will be automatically pre-populated in the Internet Check-In electronic processes as soon as you or one of the passengers in this PNR elects to check in for the other passengers in the same PNR including yourself. However, we wish to assure you that only essential confidential information necessary for the purposes of facilitating check-in will be pre-populated as part of the Internet Check-In electronic processes. We may introduce other flight-related internet transactions to which this section may apply, and please be similarly assured that only essential confidential information relevant to the particular flight-related internet transaction will be pre-populated. For the avoidance of doubt, we will not be liable to you for any losses, damages and costs (whether direct, indirect or consequential) which you may suffer or incur in the event that the above Internet Check-In facility and/or other flight-related internet transactions are abused by other passengers travelling with you in the same PNR and/or that they have checked-in or transacted on your behalf without being duly authorized by you.

Scoot Registered User Terms and Conditions

By registering and creating a Scoot Registered User account (“Registered account”), you may access various travel related services (“Service”) that is offered by Scoot (“TR”), such as profile creation, booking, and saving of travel companions. By becoming a Registered account holder, completing the online registration process or using our Service, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”).

1. Your Registered account

You may only hold one Registered account at any one time.

You are responsible for ensuring the security of the personal information held on your computer, mobile or other device.

You can access your Registered account using your email address and password created during the online registration process. The email address provided by you must be a valid email address which is personal.

You are responsible for keeping your Registered account password confidential, for not disclosing the same to any other person, and for not permitting any unauthorised or improper use of your password. You acknowledge that we are under no obligation to verify the authenticity of any persons who performs transactions through the use of your password, and we cannot be held liable for the consequences of any such unauthorised or improper use.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to us is complete, accurate, and for informing us of any changes to the information you have provided. You may access and update your account settings and information in your Registered account profile. An account with inaccurate and/or outdated information may, at our sole discretion, be closed or deactivated.

Any communication sent to you will be regarded as delivered when posted to the email or mailing address on record. We will not be responsible for any delayed, misdirected or lost mail.

You must not submit any information about any third parties without their consent (or in the case of children without their parent/guardian’s consent). By submitting information about any third parties you agree to procure and guarantee that such third parties will comply with these Terms and Conditions at all times.

By registering for a Registered account, you declare that you are aged 18 years old or above at the point of registration. In countries where consent is required for members above 18 years of age, the law of the country where the Registered account is created or registered, or where a transaction related to a Registered account is conducted, will apply. We will not be liable for verifying that you are aged 18 years or above at the time of Registered account creation, or that your parent's or guardian's consent has been validly obtained under the applicable laws.

2. What information we collect

We collect your personal data and statistical data as stated in our Privacy Policy hosted on https://www.flyscoot.com/en/privacy. The data includes information that makes up your basic profile, your transactional information, and your interaction and engagements with us, among others.

In addition, we collect information provided by you or collected during your use of the Registered account, and information about yourself and your travel companions that you have voluntarily provided within your Registered account.

If you have subscribed to our newsletters, we will also collect information on the type of newsletters you wish to receive.

3. How we use your information

We collect your information so that we can serve you personalized information, offers, and e-mails tailored to your needs and interests. This enables us to deliver an exceptional travel experience to our valued customers and enables us to avoid contacting you unnecessarily.

Your information may also be used for research and analytics purposes, including market research, so that we can gather customer insights to serve you better content and products. Such statistical data and information derived are crucial for us to develop more sophisticated offerings for you.

Your information will also be used to render you access to our travel-related services and the login function.

Specifically, for newsletter subscription preferences, we will use this information to send you newsletters you have consented to receive. Your newsletter subscription preferences will be tied to the city that you have enrolled your Registered account under. This is to ensure that we send you newsletters (e.g. fare promotions) that are most relevant to your location.

In connection with the above, your information may be disclosed to our parent company and its subsidiaries and, our affiliated airlines. Information collected by us will also be used in accordance with Scoot’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.flyscoot.com/en/privacy.

The information collected will be used for the above-said marketing purposes only if you have given us prior consent to receive such marketing materials by subscribing to the relevant newsletters. You may instruct us not to use your personal information for such marketing purposes via our website, by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link on an email from Us, within “Communication Preferences” of your Registered account, or by contacting the Data Protection Officer.

4. Use of your Registered account

We aim to offer our Registered account holders a more user-friendly booking experience, allowing for a smoother navigation through our Websites with the use of a Registered account.

You can use the information stored in your profile to make an online booking conveniently and efficiently.

We aim bring in more functionalities to the Registered account in the near future.

5. Registered account deactivation

Your Registered account will be deactivated, and you will lose your ability to login if it remains inactive for five (5) years. Inactivity refers to zero (0) successful logins during the period of time. However, you remain a valued customer to us, and we will continue to send you newsletters corresponding to your newsletters subscription preferences as indicated in your terminated Registered account.

6. Registered account re-activation

Using the same email address that you signed up for a Registered account with, you may choose to re-enrol as a Registered account user at any point of time after your previous Registered account has deactivated after five (5) years of inactivity. Data from the previously deactivated Registered account, and data collected during your interactions with us during your period as a customer who has subscribed to our newsletters will be retained and tied to your new Registered account. This is to ensure that you continue to receive personalized information, offers, and e-mails from us.

7. Viewing, exporting and editing your Registered account information

You can view and edit your profile information, travel and communication preferences in the Registered account.

To view and export the full scale of information we have collected from you, you may put in a request to our offices via “Contact Us” on our website. If you have information you are unable to edit in your Registered account, you may similarly put in a request to our offices via “Contact Us” on our website.

8. Deleting your Registered account

Subject to applicable laws or regulations, you can delete your account by contacting our offices via “Contact Us” on our website. Deletion of your account is permanent and cannot be undone. However, you can always register again. There may also be exceptional circumstances in which We may not be able to comply with Your request for deletion, but We will provide you with the explanation for refusal, where applicable.For more information, please refer to Scoot’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.flyscoot.com/en/privacy.

9. Privacy

We are fully committed to respecting your privacy. We will only use the supplied information in your Registered account for the purposes as described above. Save as explicitly stated in these Terms and Conditions, we do not share your information with any third party without your consent of receiving third party communications via “Communication Preferences” in your Registered account.

We shall not be in breach of our obligations of confidentiality or privacy under these Terms and Conditions if disclosure of your information is pursued in conjunction with an order of court or is required by law or any governmental or regulatory authority. If the disclosure is not required with immediate effect, and to the extent permitted by law, we shall give you prior notice of such disclosure.

10. General provisions

We reserve the right to cancel or change the functionalities and/or procedures of a Registered account and/or amend these Terms and Conditions.

We will amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice, and the updated versions will be posted on Our website and date stamped so that you are aware of when these Terms and Conditions was last updated. You may also be notified of any amendments to these Terms and Conditions either via the email address your Registered account is tied to or at time of login. These Terms and Conditions and any alterations shall be considered approved by you if you continue to use a Registered account. If you do not accept the alterations, you may cancel your account in accordance with Section 8.

Subject to applicable laws, the English version of these Terms and Conditions will prevail over any version of these Terms and Conditions in another language. In the event of any inconsistency in interpretation between the English version and any translation of the Privacy Statement, this Privacy Statement in English will prevail.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any unresolved dispute arising under, out of, or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any questions regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre for the time being in force.

KrisFlyer Login Terms and Conditions
  • By logging in to Scoot with your KrisFlyer account, you agree to allow Scoot to provide you with access to various travel related services (“Service”) that is offered by Scoot (TR), such as profile creation, booking and saving of travel companions by creating a Scoot Registered User profile. Information relating to your profile and KrisFlyer nominees and KrisFlyer miles balance will then appear within your Scoot Registered User account as read-only information that is being populated from its original source, your KrisFlyer account.
  • We collect your profile and statistical data as stated in our Privacy Policy at www.flyscoot.com. The data includes information that makes up your KrisFlyer profile, your transactional information, and your interaction and engagements with us among others.
  • Upon your consent in subscribing to Scoot newsletters on Scoot, your profile and statistical data will be used for customer segmentation purposes in order to serve targeted messages and promotions to you.
  • If you subscribed to Scoot newsletters on Scoot, Scoot will also collect information on the type of newsletters you wish to receive. The information collected will be used for the above-said marketing purposes only if you have given Scoot prior consent to receive such marketing materials by subscribing to mailing lists on Scoot.
