Baggage didn’t arrive with you? Let's get it back!
Scoot aims to deliver your checked luggage to your flight’s destination reliably.
If you arrive at your destination but your checked baggage has been delayed, please report this to our Lost & Found office before leaving the airport. Rest assured that we will do everything we can to assist and have your baggage returned to you as soon as possible.
You will need to complete a Property Irregularity Report to describe your bag in detail, together with your temporary/permanent contact details and address. This information will help us trace and locate your bag.
Here are some useful steps to keep in mind:
Upon completion of the report, you will receive:
1. A copy of your Property Irregularity Report
2. Report reference number (Baggage Tracing System)
When your baggage is found, our Ground Handler will notify you as soon as possible and arrange for delivery to the address specified, subject to local customs regulations. Alternatively, you may collect your baggage from us at the airport.
Your baggage will be deemed missing once it is not located within 14 days of your arrival. Please refer to Baggage Claim Procedure for your onward action.
