- Benefits will be accorded when booking is made via the dedicated KrisFlyer UOB booking flow, after logging in with your KrisFlyer account and registering either your Principal KrisFlyer UOB Credit Card, KrisFlyer UOB Debit Card or Principal UOB KrisFlyer (Thailand) Credit Cards. Payment must be made with the KrisFlyer UOB or UOB KrisFlyer (Thailand) Cards. Registered in the account. Benefits are only applicable at the initial point of purchase, and does not apply if they are added on subsequently, even if subsequent payments are made with qualifying Principal Credit or Debit Cards.
- Complimentary 5kg baggage upgrade is only applicable for KrisFlyer UOB Debit Cardmembers, Principal KrisFlyer UOB Credit Cardmembers and Principal UOB KrisFlyer (Thailand) Credit Cardmembers who used their cards to make the booking, if they purchase a minimum of 20kg baggage.
- Complimentary standard seat selection is applicable to all members of the travelling party, provided that Principal Cardmember is within travelling party. The baggage upgrade will be added to your booking only if the baggage purchase is made at least 24 hours prior to departure. The baggage upgrade will be added 24 hours after the booking is confirmed, and you will be notified by email about the upgrade.
- BoardMeFirst (complimentary priority check-in and boarding for Scoot flights) is applicable to all members of the travelling party, provided that Principal Cardmember is within travelling party.
- Flex My Booking (complimentary one-time change fee waiver for date/time change per booking, up to 4 hours before flight departure time) is applicable to bookings where principal Cardmember is within travelling party. Fare differences still apply.
- The above KrisFlyer UOB benefits are not applicable for flights with interline airline partners.
