Change Your Flight
Plans changed? No problem! Enjoy hassle-free travel when you have the freedom to Change Your Flight, as many times as you want.
- Unlimited flight date/time changes per booking with no change fees. Top up for fare differences will apply, if any.
- Make changes as late as 4 hours before departure (except for flights that you have already checked-in for).

Cancel Your Trip
Managing the unpredictable has never been easier when you can Cancel Your Trip for any reason. That’s right – any reason. Book with peace of mind knowing that you can cancel your booking and get a refund – no questions asked!
- Purchase the “Cancel Your Trip" add-on when booking your flight or up to 24 hours after you've made a booking.
- Cancel your booking anytime up to 4 hours before departure (except for flights that you have already checked-in for).
- Price: From $25
- Available for all Scoot destinations, except for flights to and from The Philippines, India and South Korea. More destinations will be made available progressively.
