Important information when you Scoot with Virgin Australia:

• Managing of the ‘My Booking’ option is currently not available for partner journey with Virgin Australia. If you wish to purchase add-on products for a flight on an existing booking, please contact the call centre of the respective operating airline:

• When you arrive into Australia, you MUST clear immigration & customs, claim your checked baggage, and proceed to check-in for your connecting Virgin Australia flight. Make sure you are in possession of valid travel documents.
• When you depart Australia, your checked baggage will be through-checked to Singapore; you will not need to claim it at transit. However, you will still need to proceed to check-in for your connecting Scoot flight separately.
