Redemption Process
- Visit this link https://www.transtar.travel/cag-transtar to submit your details for redemption of your bus tickets at least 72 hours and up to 30 days before your scheduled departure or arrival time at Singapore Changi Airport.
- Please contact Transtar Travel at +65 6297 9009 or TS1@transtar.travel for any enquiries or if you do not receive an email confirmation of your ticket within 3 working days of submission.
- Once Transtar has provided you with a ticket confirmation via email, present the e-ticket to the driver upon boarding the bus.
- Heading to Changi Airport? Ensure you arrive at least 3 hours prior to your flight departure time.
Important Notes
- Passengers are advised to wait at the pick-up point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Travel time from Changi Airport to/from Johor Bahru is estimated to take around 2 hours. If you are taking a departure flight from Singapore, the minimum connecting time on TS1 is 4 hours (2 hours advance check-in is required). Scoot, Changi Airport and Transtar will not be responsible for missed flight connections due to traffic delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
- All times are approximate, and the schedules and routes are subject to change without notice due to traffic conditions, especially at respective Customs.
- The online schedule may differ from published schedules due to ad hoc changes.
- For more information, please approach Transtar Travel's counter (daily operating hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM) located at the Arrival Hall of Terminal 1 (#01-K2) or at any of the Information Counters located at the arrival halls. The onsite counter will not be able to assist with redemption of this complimentary service.
Terms & Conditions
- This offer is valid for all Scoot passengers (except for Singapore residents) up to 7 days before and after their departure and arrival dates respectively.
- Limited to one transfer per Scoot passenger, per way.
- Passengers are allowed one hand-carry bag and one check-in luggage (up to 28”) onboard the shuttle. Passengers who have extra luggage will be required to buy additional tickets accordingly.
- This offer is valid for all official Scoot itineraries for bookings made via Scoot’s official website, mobile app, WeChat site and online travel aggregators.
