Scoot-Thru: The fastest way between flights.

In collaboration with Changi Airport, Scoot is pleased to introduce Scoot-Thru with Changi Connects, a service specially created for guests connecting between Scoot flights or flights operated by our partner airlines at Singapore Airport.

What’s it all about? 

Scoot-Thru* eliminates all the usual worries around connecting between flights.  

No rush: There’s no need to pass through immigration, collect your bags and check them in again. You can remain in the transit area (and get some shopping done at T2’s awesome air-side shopping strip).

No hassle: Just go to our transfer desk at Transfer E in Terminal 2 to collect your boarding pass. Then proceed to your departure gate. Easy!

Peace of Mind:  In case a delay causes you to miss your onward flight, we’ll make sure you’re booked onto the next available Scoot or partner airline flight without rebooking fees. Applies for interline fares only.

Scoot-Thru is valid for travel from 27 November 2012 onwards and only available for connections between flights operated by Scoot and by our partner airlines.

*Please note that Scoot-Thru is temporarily unavailable for purchase for interline journeys with at least one sector operated by Singapore Airlines or SilkAir.

How to purchase Scoot-Thru

You may purchase Scoot-Thru together with your flight booking on flyscoot.com, or at the check-in counter when you check-in for your flight, for just SGD 16 per person, per flight connection, or you may opt to walk up to the Changi Connects transfer desk at Transfer E and purchase it on the spot* for SGD20. Handling fees will apply if you purchase Scoot-Thru at the check in counter. 
 
* Please note that if Scoot-Thru is purchased at the counter, the waiving of rebooking fees and any fare difference in the case where a guest needs to be rebooked onto a different flight is not included.

What to do when you arrive at Changi Airport

Simply head to the Changi Connects transfer desk at Transfer E and present your itinerary and any checked baggage receipts or tags and we’ll do the rest. Do ensure you are at the transfer desk at least 90 minutes before your onward flight departure time if you are transferring within Terminal 2.  If either of your connecting flights arrive at or depart from Terminal 3, please ensure you are at the transfer desk at least 120 minutes before your onward flight departure time.
