Scoot-Thru: The fastest way between flights.
In collaboration with Singapore Changi Airport, Scoot is pleased to introduce Scoot-Thru with Changi Connects, a service specially created for guests connecting between Scoot flights or flights operated by our partner airlines at Changi Airport.
What’s it all about?
Scoot-Thru eliminates all the usual worries around connecting between flights.
No rush: There’s no need to pass through immigration, collect your bags and check them in again. You can remain in the transit area (and get some shopping done at T2’s awesome air-side shopping strip).
No hassle: Just go to the Changi Connects transfer desk at Transfer E in Terminal 2 to collect your boarding pass. Then proceed to your departure gate. Easy!
Peace of Mind: In case a delay causes you to miss your onward flight, we’ll make sure you’re booked onto the next available Scoot or partner airline flight without rebooking fees. Applies to interline connections and pre-purchased Scoot-Thru only.
Scoot-Thru is available for guests with connections between Scoot flights or interline connections between Scoot and TigerAir*
* Scoot-Thru is temporarily unavailable for interline connections with Singapore Airlines or SilkAir.
How to purchase Scoot-Thru
You may pre-purchase Scoot-Thru together with your flight booking on flyscoot.com, or at the check-in counter when you check-in for your flight^. Or you may opt to walk up to the Changi Connects transfer desk at Transfer E and purchase it on the spot*. Scoot-Thru costs just SGD20 per person, per flight connection. Handling fees will apply if you purchase Scoot-Thru at the check in counter.
^ If your connecting flights are not part of a single itinerary, you may only purchase Scoot-Thru on the spot. Pre-purchase will not be possible.
* If Scoot-Thru is purchased on the spot at Changi Connects transfer desk, rebooking service onto the next available flight in the event of a missed connection is not included.
What to do when you arrive at Changi Airport
Simply head to the Changi Connects transfer desk at Transfer E at the transit area in Terminal 2 and present your itinerary, passport and any checked baggage receipts or tags, and we’ll do the rest. Do ensure you are at the transfer desk at least 90 minutes before your onward flight departure time if you are transferring within Terminal 2. If either of your connecting flights arrives at or departs from Terminal 3, please ensure you are at the transfer desk at least 120 minutes before your onward flight departure time.
