Due to the overwhelming number of group requests received, we've amended our group policy and booking procedures to speed up our response time. Which means good news for you!

Effective 20 February 2012, please take note of the key changes as summarized in the table below.

Scoot Group Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Included in Price 20kg of checked baggage and a standard seat assignment
Seat will be assigned at check-in in case of full flight
Minimum Size 10 Guests - Economy Class only
Deposit (per guest, per segment; non-refundable) S$100 (S$50 short haul)
Booking 30+ Days Before First Departure Deposit Due within 7 Days of Booking;
Full Payment at 30 Days Before Departure;
If less than 37 days before departure - Full Payment due within 7 days of booking.
Booking 29 to 0 Days Before Departure Instant Purchase
Names-in Deadline 7 Days Before Departure

Date & Time Changes Permitted with Change Fee of S$125 (per guest, per segment) up to 15 days Before Departure, Plus Any Fare Difference*
Origin & Destination Changes Not Permitted
Name Changes Free of charge up to 24 Hours Before Departure
Cancellation / Wastage Up to 20% Wastage Permitted - Refunded to Credit (Agency Account / Individual Voucher) - Unused Seats Must Be Released at least 30 Days Before Departure. Note: Deposit will only be refunded if minimum group size met.
^If group number drops below the minimum, group rate will be revoked and total cost recalculated at the individual selling fare available at the time of the change.
*Date / time changes are subject to a re-quote of the fare that applies to the entire group; any increase from the original quote must be paid in addition to the change fee.
